FAQ

Q?How are you so cheap?
A.We Do Your Accounts has been set up by chartered accountants with 30 years’ experience in the business. We’ve stripped back on all the costs that we realised could be avoided and have passed on the savings to you. We also take a singificantly smaller margin than most other accounts providers, again making it cheaper for you.
Q?What makes you different?
A.Aside from being cheaper, we also aim to offer a much better service – see our no hassle promise. You buy online (and there are no hidden extra costs) and we pick up your documents from you at a time of your choosing. That’s all you have to do – after that, we take care of everything. Once your accounts are completed (usually within a couple of weeks) we’ll send them back to you. We even offer you the option of receiving them in electronic form instead if you don’t want the hassle of storing them.

Due to financial regulations, Accounts and tax returns will need to be approved by you. We’ll email you to remind you, and then you can easily log on to this website and click the “approve” button.
Q?Is my information safe?
A.Yes, we guarantee the security of all your documentation. Any information you give to us is confidential. We will never sell on your details to any third party.
Q?Who can use your service?
A.We cater for businesses with an annual turnover of £250,000 or less and personal tax returns for any director of the company, the sole trader or any partner in the LLP or partnership (whichever is appropriate) as long as that person has no income from another trade or profession not on PAYE and no rental income.
Q?How much does it cost?

If your annual turnover is under £70,000:
£250 (£200 for a sole trader) for your end of year accounts, and£75 extra if you want a personal tax return (but please note, we can only do your personal tax return if you have no other trade or profession which is not on PAYE, and you have no rental income
